SALE CONDITION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products sold by the firm Mosaici Donà Murano di Donà Stefano (later Mosaici Donà Murano) are covered by statutory guarantee for non-compliance faults, as per articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, to be reported within 15 days of their discovery.
In order to benefit from assistance under this guarantee, Customer must keep the documentation accompanying goods on delivery.
Non-substantial variations in form, size, color, cut, width  and thickness are inevitable and typical of glass-work and indicative of hand-crafted products.
As raw materials to make glass are not costant, differences in colors are inevitable.

Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal is subject to the following terms (Art. 67 of Consumer Code): private (non VAT-registered) Customer may exercise this right according to applicable Laws. To do so, Customer must send an e-mail to Mosaici Donà Murano, to the email address [email protected] within 15 working days from the goods’ delivery date and indicate the word “RETURN” in the subject field.
The communication must include the purchase order number shown in the order confirmation/estimate e-mail, the invoice number and a photo of the goods he is going to return.

Only standard sample book products in plate or normal cut are included in the returns policy. Products must be returned intact and accompanied by original invoice.

Goods have to be returned within 15 days from the agreement, under the following conditions:
- material that has been cut must be in its original and closed packaging and have not been cut by the customer;
- material in plate must be intact as sent by us (1/4 plate - 1/2 plate or whole plate, which have not been cut by the customer;
- tools must not have been used.
Goods must be shipped by post-paid parcel with courier to guarantee the package tracking.
Parcels shipped COD or post-unpaid will not be accepted by Mosaici Donà Murano.
Mosaici Donà Murano shall not pay any shipping, stationary storage or custom clearance cost.
The goods return will be accepted within 3 working days from the parcel receivement.

Refund times and methods
After accepting the returned goods and verifying its entirety, Mosaici Donà Murano will arrange the reimbursement and send to customer confirmation by email.
The refund will be activated by the seller as soon as possible.

Note: all retailers and wholesale customers, firms, sole traders (self-employed persons), Companies (Societies) are excluded from the return policy.
